Job summary

Optus is seeking a Learning Designer to create engaging, learner-centred experiences that build capability across the business. You will partner with stakeholders, SMEs and learning teams to transform complex needs into practical learning solutions that drive performance and behavioural change.

Design across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats, leverage Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise, and apply accessibility standards to deliver accessible, scalable programs that support Optus’

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end learning solutions across formats (digital, virtual, face-to-face).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and behavioural change strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and SMEs to deliver scalable programs.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Storyline & Rise; knowledge of AI-enabled learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify capability gaps and translate concepts into engaging experiences.
• Leverage learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to create scalable learning solutions that drive behaviour change and business performance.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and learner feedback to optimise programs.
