Job summary

peopleworth is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful operational delivery of education and learning programmes. You will manage cross-functional delivery teams, drive high‑quality learner experiences, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently.

In this role you will contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and achieving positive learner outcomes within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programmes in higher education, professional learning, or related environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Strong operational management and process-improvement capabilities.
• Ability to resolve complex challenges and manage escalations effectively.
• Experience working with mentors, facilitators, coaches, or learner-support professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive approach to identifying and managing operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to support high-quality programme delivery.
• Lead and manage programme coordinators, facilitators, mentors, and delivery team members.
• Act as escalation point for complex learner-related challenges.
• Collaborate with learner support teams to ensure strong participant outcomes.
• Coordinate facilitators and mentors to ensure successful delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of facilitators.
• Monitor programme performance and analyse data to identify improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Work across teams to achieve delivery objectives and outcomes.
• Identify, prioritise, and manage operational risks in delivery.
• Contribute to scalable systems, processes, and assets for delivery.
• Represent programme needs in planning and operational discussions.
