Job summary

EVT HQ in Sydney is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to drive LEAN improvements across operations within our hospitality and entertainment network. You will identify waste, map processes and partner with data teams to implement automation and AI where appropriate.

You will lead multiple projects, mentor teams and report benefits. A Lean Six Sigma certification and strong stakeholder skills are highly valued within EVT's dynamic network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying LEAN principles in an operational environment.
• Proven skills in process mapping and value stream mapping, including workshops.
• Experience running FMEA and acting on results.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and benefits tracking.
• Identify waste, bottlenecks and variation; propose practical solutions.
• Embed standard work to ensure improvements stick.
• Identify automation or AI opportunities; work with Data Engineering to assess feasibility.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps, SIPOC and swimlane maps.
• Develop value stream maps showing value-added vs non-value-added activities.
• Quantify opportunities using data, observation, and time studies.
• Run FMEA to identify risks and track corrective actions with owners.
• Support standards and audit programs by identifying recurring failures and root causes.
• Engage and influence stakeholders from frontline to senior leaders.
• Report on project progress and benefits delivered.
