Job summary

Campari Group in Sydney seeks a Transformation Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive lean improvements across operations and support teams. You will identify waste, map current and future states, and partner with Data Engineering to explore automation and AI opportunities.

You will lead workshops, quantify opportunities with time studies, and track benefits while engaging stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying LEAN principles in an operational environment.
• Proven skill in process mapping and value stream mapping, including facilitating workshops.
• Practical experience running FMEA and acting on the results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading LEAN improvement projects from diagnosis through to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Spotting waste, bottlenecks and variation and recommending practical solutions.
• Embedding standard work so improvements stick and can be repeated.
• Identifying processes for automation or AI and assessing feasibility with Data Engineering.
• Creating current-state and future-state process maps (SIPOC, swimlane).
• Developing value stream maps showing value-adding activities, lead times and handoffs.
• Using data and time studies to quantify opportunities.
• Running FMEA to identify risks and track corrective actions with owners.
• Supporting standards and audit programs by identifying recurring failures.
• Engaging stakeholders from frontline to senior leaders and reporting progress.
