Job summary

SA Water is seeking an Improvement Coordinator to join the Operations and Maintenance team on an 18-month maximum term contract. You will identify and deliver process improvement initiatives to standardise ways of working and support efficient, sustainable operations across the business.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Lean Process Improvement.
• Strong experience in business process improvement, including process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement methods to design future-state processes.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
• Conduct end-to-end process analyses and redesign workflows.
• Build continuous improvement capability through training and embedding service excellence.
• Engage delivery teams via field visits to capture operational insights.
