Job summary

Barwon Water is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader on a maximum term contract to co‑design and deliver practical improvements that simplify work and boost effectiveness. You will help embed new operating models and connect frontline teams with transformation projects to deliver sustainable change.

This hands‑on role involves facilitating workshops, solving operational problems, and driving improvements through to implementation as part of a significant operating model change.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, process analysis and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience co‑designing and implementing improvements across organisational boundaries.
• Ability to translate ideas into practical improvements and ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and implement improvement initiatives to strengthen customer outcomes and operational performance.
• Facilitate workshops and bring teams together to identify and implement improvements.
• Identify process and operating model changes and roll out changes across the operating model.
• Take ownership of improvements from recommendations through to execution.
