Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Lead Process Engineer for Water Infrastructure at the Sydney region. The role focuses on eliminating losses and waste on production lines while applying autonomous maintenance and focused improvement methods.

You will use tools like Centerlines, SMED and 5S to drive standard work and process stability. The successful candidate will lead AM and FI pillars, train crews, and support GMP, safety and quality initiatives across the department, contributing to World Class

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Process or Reliability Engineering in FMCG.
• Experience with UMS/WCM or similar TPM methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate waste and loss following UMS prioritization and TPM tools.
• Lead AM and FI pillars in the department and drive improvements.
• Run to Standard: data collection, loss prioritization and SMED work.
• Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions.
• Upskill crews in AM and FI to sustain capability.
• Support GMP, safety and quality initiatives and drive 5S.
