Looking for more than just your next job? As our nationally recognised Customer Centre team continues to grow and evolve, we're expanding opportunities for people who want to build their skills, contribute new ideas and help drive positive change for our customers. If that sounds like you, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
As Continuous Improvement Leader, you’ll play an important role in shaping how the Customer Centre operates into the future. By working alongside frontline teams, process owners and subject matter experts, you will co-design and implement improvement initiatives that strengthen customer outcomes, employee experience and operational performance.
As you implement changes to the operating model, first by identification then evolution of processes, responsibilities and ways of working. You’ll design, plan and roll out changes aimed at reducing inefficiencies by embedding clearer, more sustainable processes.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, and you will have ownership of the improvements for the team. You’ll facilitate workshops and bring people together around solutions, investigating problems, and actively drive improvements through to implementation. Bringing influence and effective stakeholder engagement will be key to seeing change enacted.
This is a maximum term contract until June 2028.
You’re a practical and collaborative continuous improvement professional who thrives working with teams to solve real operational problems. You’re comfortable in ambiguity, with skills to identify process and operating model changes, and translate ideas into improvements that work in practice.
You’re a big picture thinker who can work operationally. One day you may be influencing stakeholders or contributing operational insights to a major project; the next, you may be mapping a process, working through a problem with frontline employees or developing the documentation needed to embed a new way of working.
You will bring strong facilitation, process analysis and stakeholder‑management skills, together with experience co‑designing and implementing improvements across organisational boundaries. Importantly, you are not someone who stops at recommendations. You take ownership, follow through and enjoy being responsible for the doing.
Relevant qualifications in business, process improvement, project management or a related discipline will be valued, as will demonstrated experience delivering process improvement, operational change or transformation initiatives.
