Job summary

Barwon Water is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to shape how the Customer Centre operates, partnering with frontline teams, process owners and subject matter experts to co-design and implement initiatives that improve customer outcomes, employee experience and operational performance.

You will own the improvements for the team, facilitate workshops, investigate problems, and drive implementation with strong stakeholder engagement. This is a maximum term contract until June 2028.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to map processes and implement changes end-to-end.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working across teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and implement improvement initiatives with frontline teams.
• Facilitate workshops and drive changes to embed new processes.
• Analyse operations data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align operating model with customer outcomes.
