Job summary
Sydney Water is seeking a Senior Business System Improvement Analyst to drive system, process and data analytics improvements across Infrastructure Delivery. You will lead multiple improvement initiatives, manage UAT, and ensure digital workflows align with project needs.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop dashboards with Power BI, and support audits and training while embedding sustainable change across complex infrastructure programs.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in business or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business systems improvement in infrastructure or complex environments.
- Proven ability in process improvement, mapping and data analysis.
- Strong reporting capability using BI tools to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives using LEAN and best-practice methods.
- Enhance systems and automation by developing workflows and integrations.
- Develop reports and dashboards translating data into actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation, data quality and support audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver improvements and provide training.
