Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Learning & Development programs, aligning with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support program execution across Sales, Leadership, Retail, and Technical Academies.
• Coordinate all aspects of program administration: scheduling, logistics, enrolments, and reporting.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of learning content with internal SMEs and external providers.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
• Utilise Workday to manage, track, and report on learning activities, participation, and completion rates.
• Generate and analyse learning reports and dashboards in Workday for decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Digital Learning Specialist to integrate innovative learning technologies.
