Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to shape and implement learning strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with leaders to close skills gaps, design and deliver programs across classroom, digital and blended formats, and lead a team of L&D specialists focused on capability development. You will drive early careers and apprenticeship initiatives, measure program effectiveness and report on outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in Learning & Development.
• Experience leading learning strategy and capability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Learning & Development strategy to build capability across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders to identify skills gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of learning programs across classroom, digital and blended environments.
• Manage and develop a team of Learning & Development specialists with coaching and leadership.
• Oversee early careers and apprenticeship programs, ensuring strong outcomes and talent pipeline development.
• Measure learning effectiveness, report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.
