Zusammenfassung

AlburyCity is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to plan, design and deliver corporate, compliance and leadership training. You will partner with leaders to build organisational capability and succession pipelines, ensuring programs align with strategy and legislative requirements.

The role includes management of the CHRIS Learn LMS, evaluation of training impact, and collaboration with external providers.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Training and Development or related field.
• Experience in learning and development within a complex organisation.
• Ability to design, deliver, evaluate corporate training programs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, design and delivery of corporate, compliance and leadership programs.
• Manage annual training planning cycle, including needs analysis, prioritisation, scheduling, resourcing and monitoring of delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate leadership development programs and learning initiatives aligned to the capability framework.
• Facilitate training using a range of delivery methods including face-to-face, virtual, blended and digital learning approaches.
• Design, develop and maintain learning content and materials across multiple formats including presentations, facilitator guides, eLearning, videos and toolkits.
• Embed the organisational capability framework and Performance Development goal planning into learning pathways.
