Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Experience Host for Perth Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The role focuses on welcoming owners and guests, sharing local attractions, and coordinating check-in to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and reliable computer skills. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; a PMS background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering of owners and guests.
• Providing information on local area attractions.
• Completion of all department related paperwork.
• Using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.
• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless check-in.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
• This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

How You'll Shine

• Greeting and registering of owners and guests
• Providing information on local area attractions
