Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Australia welcomes you as a Guest Experience Host at our Golden Beach resort. You will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences while driving sales, generating appointments, and guiding guests through the check-in process.

We value great customer service, clear communication, and a proactive, flexible schedule including nights and weekends. RSA and driver’s license are preferred; Opera PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resort.
• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure prospects meet tour qualification specifications.
• Establishing rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service during check-in.
• Articulating the benefits of travelling within the Wyndham Destinations community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

How You'll Shine

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences while driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resort
• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company’s tour qualification specifications
• Establishing commonality and building rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
• Clearly articulating the benefits of travelling within the Wyndham Destinations community
• Meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
• Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
• Drivers Licence needed
