Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sydney is seeking a Guest Experience Host to warmly greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local area attractions, and help guests enjoy a memorable stay at our resort network.

You will generate sales appointments for our sales centers, work closely with the resort operations team to ensure a seamless check-in, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
