Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Experience Host Team Leader for Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. The role involves leading onsite Guest Experience Hosts, scheduling owner updates, and generating sales appointments across multiple resorts.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong customer service values, and sales technique knowledge. Weekend and public holiday availability is required, with benefits including salary and incentives.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort environment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service values in all activities.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques.

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
• Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite.
• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations during the guest's stay.
• Generate sales appointments for sales centers located at resorts and via livestream.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Work closely with the resort operations team to provide high service and seamless check-in.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of travelling within the Travel + Leisure Co community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
• Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Display leadership values by communicating effectively and supporting peers.

How You'll Shine

• Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite

• Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest's stay at the resort property

• Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream

• Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered

• Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process

• Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Travel + Leisure Co community

• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business

• This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
