Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Perth is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Host to greet and register owners and guests, and provide local area information. You will handle department paperwork and operate communication tools to ensure a smooth guest flow.

Join a team focused on delivering exceptional service, building rapport with guests, and generating sales appointments for our centers. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel/guest services role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends/public holidays.
• Proficient with front desk software or PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests.
• Provide information on local area attractions.
• Complete department related paperwork.
• Use telephones, facsimiles and computers for communication.
• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate with resort operations for a seamless check-in process.
• Articulate the benefits of travelling within Travel + Leisure community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
