IBC Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager in Sydney for a permanent, hybrid role (3 days in office). You will lead end-to-end technology initiatives within a financial services organisation, driving delivery across applications, infrastructure, migrations and upgrades.

The role requires strong technical credibility, SDLC/CI/CD knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory financial services experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience delivering technology projects valued at $20 million or more.
• End-to-end project management from business case to handover.
• Experience managing application or platform upgrades, migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployments and release management.
• Ability to engage confidently with developers, testers and technology managers.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end technology projects from business case through delivery and handover.
• Manage complex technology initiatives across upgrades, migrations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and technical leads to resolve challenges.
• Apply SDLC and CI/CD knowledge to drive successful delivery.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify roadblocks and develop practical solutions with technical teams.
• Influence stakeholders and drive decisions to maintain momentum.
• Translate complex technical updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and partners to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain governance, RAID, and executive reporting while delivering.
