Job summary

Launch Recruitment - IT Recruiting in Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee delivery across a key product stream. You will manage onshore and offshore teams spanning Project Management, Business Analysis, Development and DevOps, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of technical project leadership, expertise in JIRA/Confluence, and PMP/PRINCE2 qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience managing projects in a technical environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with internal teams and clients.
• Coaching, performance management and development of team members.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
• PM qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
• Experience in automotive retail, DMS or ERP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery and manage scope, schedules and budgets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across onshore and offshore locations.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide performance coaching and development for team members.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor risks, requirements changes and delivery challenges.
• Prepare and present project updates and delivery progress to management.
• Identify improvements to processes and ways of working.
