Job summary

Experteq, an Australian-owned IT Managed Services provider, seeks a Senior Project Manager for an initial 12-month contract in Sydney. You will own multiple technology projects end-to-end, coordinating customers, technical teams and third parties to deliver strong commercial and operational outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and provide accurate project controls while navigating a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Experience in managed IT services or a regulated technology environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across the delivery lifecycle.
• Disciplined project controls and commercial awareness.
• Confidence engaging with customers, executives and technical specialists.
• Ability to identify delivery risks early and drive practical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage relationships with customers, sponsors, internal stakeholders and third parties.
• Maintain accurate project controls to support decision-making at multiple levels.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies and changes.
• Handle resource planning, forecasting, invoicing and commercial performance.
• Ensure accountability and momentum across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee service transition and readiness, cutover and handover to BAU operations.
