Job summary

IBC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for a major transformation program in Sydney CBD. The role drives end-to-end delivery, balancing priorities across business and technology streams in a matrixed environment.

Hybrid work and a six-month initial contract are offered, with a daily rate of AUD 1,000 inclusive of superannuation. You will own delivery planning, governance and stakeholder engagement, facilitating evidence-based prioritisation and ensuring delivery outcomes align with

Qualifications

Senior Delivery Lead with 5-6+ years in delivery roles within large, complex enterprises.
Demonstrated Agile delivery experience from planning to release.
Experience delivering in matrixed environments with shared resources.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing without authority.
Data-driven prioritisation and commercial acumen to focus on high-value outcomes.
Confident managing conflicts and trade-offs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a stream of features from intake to release.
Own delivery planning, capacity, prioritisation, scheduling and reporting.
Ensure initiatives are delivery-ready with defined value and success measures.
Establish evidence-based prioritisation processes for informed decisions.
Manage delivery with shared resources, planning capacity and resolving conflicts.
Maintain scope boundaries and manage change to align with program objectives.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and blockers; drive resolutions.
Coordinate cross-program dependencies and governance forums.
Provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders.
