Job summary

SecuritEase International Limited – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our global technology team, delivering complex investment management software solutions for internal projects and external client implementations.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver across cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts and QA, while managing milestones, budgets and risks in a dynamic FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project, programme or delivery management (IT/fintech preferred).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, analysts and QA.
• Familiar with Prince2, Agile or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior clients.
• Tertiary qualification; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal projects and external client implementations.
• Coordinate developers, business analysts, QAs and infra teams.
• Develop delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Ensure outputs delivered on time and within budget using PM principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with project resources and stakeholders.
