Job summary

Brexa Pty Ltd's PM-Partners arm seeks an ICT Project Manager to lead technology and transformation initiatives for our clients from Sydney. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement to drive outcomes.

The role requires tertiary IT/CS/BA qualification, 3+ years ICT project oversight, experience with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches, and proficiency with Jira, MS Project or Trello. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
3+ years' experience managing ICT projects.
Experience delivering technology, software, infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello or similar.
Experience managing budgets, resources and project risks.
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is desirable.
Attention to detail; ability to think creatively.
Exceptional communication skills and client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT and technology projects from planning through close-out.
Manage scope, budgets, timelines and financial performance.
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; facilitate workshops and meetings.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; coordinate cross-functional teams.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with governance and documentation.
