• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to lead implementation of school priorities and literacy/numeracy across the curriculum.
• Lead planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies addressing student learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student learning at class, cohort or whole-school level and use data to drive improvement initiatives.
• Exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills to foster collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the community.
• Model Department values and drive whole-school professional learning and staff development.
