Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the curriculum and literacy/numeracy across the curriculum.
• Ability to lead planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies.
• Capacity to monitor and use student data to drive school improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to engage staff, families and the community.
• Experience coaching staff across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
• Lead and manage curriculum planning and delivery improvements across learning areas.
• Oversee professional development and develop staff development plans.
• Support staff performance and development through coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to school policy development and assessment/reporting practices.
