• SC1 Demonstrated expertise in curriculum and leading priority implementation across literacy and numeracy.
• SC2 Ability to lead high impact teaching strategies and evaluate learning program impact.
• SC3 Ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive improvement.
• SC4 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for collaboration with students, staff, parents and community.
• SC5 Ability to model department values and contribute to whole-school professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating whole‑school improvement initiatives related to curriculum planning and delivery.
• Overseeing staff development and performance reviews within school priorities.
• Teaching demonstration lessons and contributing to assessment and reporting policy development.
• Leading curriculum development in major areas and supporting other areas as needed.
• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment and contributing to school governance and policies.
