• SC3 Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to drive school improvement.
• SC4 Demonstrated exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing whole-school improvement initiatives aligned to the strategic plan and priorities.
• Leading curriculum planning and delivery improvements across the school.
• Overseeing professional development and individual/team development plans for staff.
• Managing staff performance and development processes.
• Teaching demonstration lessons and modelling effective practice.
• Developing and implementing assessment and reporting policies.
• Overseeing student welfare, discipline policies, and school operations.
• Contributing to curriculum development in key learning areas.
• Handling discipline matters beyond classroom management.
• Contributing to overall leadership and school governance.
