Job summary

Dandenong North Primary School in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Leading Teacher to enhance teaching quality and school performance. You will lead high-impact teaching strategies, coordinate curriculum development, and support staff through professional learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives.
Leading curriculum planning and delivery across the school.
Providing professional development and development plans for teaching staff.
Managing staff performance and development (review of staff).
Developing and implementing school assessment and reporting policies and practices.
Overseeing school operations related to student welfare and discipline.
Contributing to policy development and school council proposals.
Developing and communicating school priorities within the strategic plan.
