Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school plan.
• Coordinate staff to achieve improvements in teaching and learning through modelling, collaboration and coaching.
• Develop and implement professional learning for staff and assess school performance using data to drive improvements.
• Foster collaborative relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the broader school community.
