Indigitise in Canberra, Australia is hiring a senior ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements. The role focuses on building scalable workflows and integrating with enterprise systems.

You will lead CMDB initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure data integrity while working across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules. Strong certification as a ServiceNow Architect and implementation credentials are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Certified as ServiceNow Architect and implementation certifications.
• Strong CMDB and enterprise data model experience.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD modules.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and HRSD
• Proven experience working with CMDB and enterprise data models.
• Experience working across the full SDLC Lifecycle
• Strond documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential)
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
