Job summary

Profectus seeks an experienced ServiceNow developer in Canberra to design, configure and enhance ServiceNow applications. You will implement business rules, UI policies, and scripts, build workflows with Flow Designer, and manage REST/SOAP integrations.

The role includes maintaining catalog items, app engine projects, and ATF tests, with a focus on compliance for regulated environments. Hybrid work is likely, with Canberra preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Configuration and development in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM or IRM.
• REST and SOAP integrations experience.
• Flow Designer and Integration Hub experience.
• CSA, CAD and CIS certifications.
• CMDB and CSDM experience.
• Experience with government or regulated- industry ServiceNow programs.

Required Experience

• CMDB and CSDM experience
• Government or other regulated‑industry ServiceNow programs

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (minimum)
• A current security clearance is not required to apply
