Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. You will lead delivery, optimise workflows with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, and drive API integrations across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD.

You will manage CMDB structures, ensure data integrity, mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD modules.
• Experience with CMDB and enterprise data models.
• Experience across full SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential)
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
