Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in process excellence or operational improvement within a complex organisation.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate stakeholder input into practical improvements.
• Proficiency in process mapping, analysis, redesign and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map current processes and design practical future-state solutions.
• Establish and embed the Process Excellence framework, governance and capability building.
• Lead process mapping, analysis and redesign initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Build and prioritise a pipeline of improvement opportunities balancing quick wins with longer-term work.
• Partner with business leaders to understand process maturity, ownership and sustainable improvements.
• Lead and support a small Process Excellence team while staying hands-on in delivery.
