Are you passionate about improving the way organisations work and turning complex processes into practical, better ways of working?
As Lead – Process Excellence, you’ll play a key role in building AEMO’s process excellence capability, working closely with teams across the organisation to understand how work gets done today, identify pain points and turn improvement opportunities into practical change.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be actively facilitating workshops, mapping and analysing processes, designing future‑state solutions and establishing the frameworks that will underpin process excellence across AEMO. You’ll also lead a small team of two, while remaining closely involved in the work yourself.
With plenty of opportunity to shape how the function evolves, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building strong stakeholder relationships and seeing improvements move from ideas into action.
Experience within banking and financial services, insurance, superannuation, telecommunications/infrastructure, government, utilities or another regulated environment would be highly regarded.
