• Knowledge of rostering improvements in health services or complex organisations.
• Experience leading statewide or organisation-wide improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead statewide initiatives to improve medical rostering practices and workforce allocation.
• Develop and deliver education, guidance, tools and workshops for rostering improvement.
• Partner with Local Health Districts and networks to identify rostering challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement strategies as part of the Efficiency Improvement Support Team.
• Lead complex improvement projects with stakeholder engagement, planning, data analysis, reporting and evaluation.
