NSW Health is seeking a Lead Data and Reporting Analyst to support the Ministry of Health’s financial transformation. You will lead complex data projects, coordinate reporting, and ensure data quality across NSW Health systems.

The role focuses on developing insights, managing stakeholders, and delivering Power BI dashboards to improve admissions, revenue and patient billing processes. This is an ongoing full-time position based in NSW.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform financial decisions.
• Experience coordinating and evaluating data-driven projects across large health systems.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsabilités

• Interpret data from multiple systems across NSW Health to analyse results using statistical techniques.
• Identify trends in datasets including Ambulance, ED, Admitted Patient, Waiting List and Billing data.
• Manage data quality and cleansing across databases and implement solutions for discrepancies.
• Test developed solutions in data analysis and deployment contexts to ensure applications are production-ready.
• Develop reports and reporting tools (Power BI dashboards) for admissions, revenue and patient billing.
