This is an opportunity to lead statewide work that strengthens the capability, consistency and effectiveness of medical rostering practices across NSW Health. Working within the Efficiency Improvement and Support Team, you will partner with Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, statewide services and other key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of practical, sustainable rostering solutions.
The role will provide expert advice, guidance and capability-building support to improve rostering practices, workforce allocation, Award and policy compliance, and the effective use of workforce resources. You will lead improvement projects, facilitate education and knowledge sharing, analyse complex information, and support health services to embed changes in practice. This is a highly collaborative role suited to an experienced improvement leader who can translate statewide priorities into achievable local action.
