Job summary

Bryant Building Contractors, a leading building and construction contractor, seeks an experienced Leading Hand to support delivery of projects during expansion into the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise trades, coordinate daily activities, and uphold safety, quality, and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and White Card required.
• Experience leading a crew on construction sites.
• Ability to read construction plans.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
• Willingness to do manual work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and direct trades on site.
• Promote safety culture and manage hazards.
• Ensure SWMS and permits are in place.
• Maintain site diaries and timesheets.
• Mentor site personnel and enforce quality.
• Read drawings and support planning.
