Job summary

Bryant Building Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of building and construction projects as Bryant expands into the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. You will own projects from initiation to completion, coordinating scope, program, budget and quality while managing stakeholder relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will direct site teams, ensure WHS and environmental compliance, review progress, and liaise with clients, architects

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project management within construction.
• Experience supervising commercial projects valued between $4M and $20M.
• D&C project delivery experience is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications in PM or CM or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery from initiation through to completion, meeting scope, budget and program requirements.
• Define project goals and deliverables with senior management, clients and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule and monitor timelines, budgets, costs and quality, including subcontractors.
• Source, engage and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including quotes, contracts and performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to Site Supervisors and project staff.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements and BIMS.
• Prepare and review progress claims, purchase orders and project reporting.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage risks, scope changes and contingency planning.
