Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Oakleigh South is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. This permanent part-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts within our 6:30am–6:30pm centre.

You'll lead the educational program, build positive relationships with children, families and staff, and ensure high standards of health, safety and licensing compliance. ACECQA-approved qualification and EYLF/NQF knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services approved by ACECQA.
• 3+ years in an early childhood setting.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team!

This is a Permanent Part Time position (5 days - 37.5 hours per week)! Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, and this position requires flexibility to work opens and closing shifts!

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.

3+ years experience in an early childhood setting (required).

Current Working with Children Check, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
