Grow Early Education – Darling Heights QLD is seeking a passionate Diploma Lead Educator to join our team at the Darling Heights centre. The role focuses on educating and caring for children under five, building strong relationships with families and staff.

You will create an engaging learning environment, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team culture while supporting ongoing professional development and centre operations.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Children’s Services approved by ACECQA.
• Current blue card and first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications required.
• Experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Sound understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking a passionate Diploma Lead Educator, who is looking to join our amazing team at Grow Early Education Darling Heights!

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
