Grow Early Education Heathmont is seeking dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Educators for an immediate start. The role is a permanent part-time position up to 37.5 hours per week, with shifts to cover 6:30am–6:30pm and flexibility for opening or closing coverage.

You will create an inclusive, engaging learning environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic experienced Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team!

This is a permanent Part Time position to work up to 37.5 hours per week!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

A little about you:

Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Current WWCC, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
