Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Coburg is seeking a Lead Educator to guide the Jr Kindy room with 5 days per week, leveraging 3+ years of experience. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and positive family and community engagement, aligned with EYLF and NQF standards.

You will mentor peers, develop educational programs, and contribute to a collaborative, forward‑driving learning environment in Coburg.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check and approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Prior experience leading a classroom and writing educational programs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor peers.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
