Job summary

Grow Early Education Darling Heights is seeking an experienced Educator to join our growing team across Darling Heights, Toowoomba and Darling Downs. You will create an inclusive, fun and safe learning environment while focusing on health, safety and positive relationships with children and families.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Cert III in Children’s Services, current blue card and first aid qualifications, plus experience in early childhood settings and a solid understanding of EYLF

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Educators to join our growing team!

Permanent Part Time and casual positions available! Must be able to work up to 37.5 hours per week (5 days any shifts) or up to 30 hours per week (4 days, any shifts)!

About your new role:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation and regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
