Job summary

Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Flagstone is seeking experienced Educators for permanent part-time and casual roles, up to 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include creating a safe, inclusive learning environment and building strong relationships with children and families.

Ideal candidates hold a ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, current blue card, and relevant first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications, with EYLF/NQF knowledge and classroom

Qualifications

• Certificate III/ Diploma in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current blue card and approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Ability to lead a classroom and write educational programs.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team

A little about you:

A Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA

Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications

Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
