Job summary

Grow Early Education is seeking an energetic Educator to join our growing team at our service. You will create an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and support governance and centre policies.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality early childhood education. Applicant will have Certificate III or Diploma approved by ACECQA, current blue card and first aid qualifications, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
