Job summary

Grow Early Education Frankston seeks an experienced Lead Educator to guide Studio 4 and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences for young children. You will lead a team, plan age-appropriate programs aligned with EYLF/NQF, and maintain health, safety and licensing compliance while fostering strong relationships with families and the community.

This permanent part-time role requires flexibility to cover early opens and late closings in a room that values professional development,

Qualifications

• A Diploma qualification (or studying towards) in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
• Experience leading a classroom and writing educational programs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor peers.

This is a permanent Part Time position to work up to 37.5 hours per week!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

A little about you:
