Job summary

Children First Early Education in Kallangur, QLD is opening a brand-new service and seeks energetic Educators and Lead Educators. You will join a growing team to lead a classroom, engaging with children, families, educators and the community, with rostered hours from early morning to late afternoon.

We offer above award wages, substantial childcare fee relief, and a range of training, including free annual training and first aid certification.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a classroom by engaging with children, families, Educators and the wider community.
• Implement the educational program and experiences to meet individual needs of children.
• Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the broader community.
• Ensure all health, safety and centre policies, licensing, legislation and regulations are followed.

Children First Early Education – Kallangur QLD

At Children First Early Education Kallangur, we are committed to providing a child safe environment where every child is respected, heard, and protected. All educators, leaders, and team members share the responsibility for ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and empowerment.

We are seeking energetic and driven Educators and Lead Educators to join our brand new service opening in the heart of Kallangur! The positions we currently have available are to work Monday to Friday, any hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm on a rotating roster.

Please note: As this is a brand-new centre, inductions are planned to start on the week of 30th November, and all educators will be required to take leave between Christmas and New Year, returning to work on Monday, 4th January.
