Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking an experienced Customer Specialist to join our remote, Sydney-based team. The role involves handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering personalized service, and driving customer satisfaction across delivery and product questions.

You will work 38 hours per week on a Monday–Friday rotation, with a flexible schedule and home-office setup, contributing to continuous improvement and strong customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, results-driven environment handling customer requests.
• Experience with online systems and web technologies (CRM, ticketing systems, order management software) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment.
• Handle queries via phone, live chat and email and resolve efficiently.
• Build trust and loyalty with customers and pet parents.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Deliver on team and individual KPIs (CSat, NPS, retention).
